SMS Terms
Program: FundPilot and the business-funding companies that use FundPilot send text messages about applications, document requests, funding offers, appointments and account updates to business owners who agreed to receive them.
- Consent: you receive texts only after you agree, for example by checking an optional box on a web form or telling a representative. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or funding.
- Message frequency varies with your application and conversations.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT, and any other reasonable request. You'll receive one confirmation text, then no more texts unless you opt back in.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or use the request form on our website.
- Opt back in: reply START.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your mobile information is handled under our Privacy Policy and is never shared or sold for third-party marketing.
Texts are sent during permitted hours in your time zone (generally 8am–9pm, or narrower where state law requires), except replies to messages you send us.
Using the service
FundPilot provides software. FundPilot is not a lender and does not make funding decisions; funding offers come from the companies and funders you work with. Customers are responsible for using the platform lawfully, including obtaining consent before texting or calling, honoring opt-outs and following telemarketing, privacy and financing-disclosure laws. FundPilot provides tools to help, including opt-out handling, consent records and contact-hour rules.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell your administrator if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that put the service, other customers or message recipients at risk.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, FundPilot is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Written agreements with customers control where they differ from these terms.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date above.
